WARRANTY

Unlimited Warranty: The MOVEit Mat sold by MOVEit Innovations is covered by an unlimited warranty for the first 30 days from the date of receipt. Purchasers may return the product for any reason during that time for a full refund or replacement. If the product was purchased from a Distributor or Reseller, please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.

5-Year Limited Warranty: MOVEit Innovations warrants to the original purchaser of the MOVEit Mat that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. "Normal conditions" means that the MOVEit Mat is used in accordance with the Operating Instructions provided with the product; the MOVEit mat is not intended to be used outdoors. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, chemical spills or negligence including failure to follow the Operating Instructions included with the product. At the sole discretion of MOVEit Innovations the mat will be replaced, repaired or refunded. Prorated depreciation will be taken each year after the first year for the remaining years of the Limited Warranty. If the MOVEit Mat was purchased from a Distributor or Reseller, please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.

Return Policy: If the mat is determined to have a warranted defect in accordance with the 5-year limited warranty, please contact MOVEit Innovations for a return authorization code.

Disclaimer/Warning: As with all floor mats, The MOVEit Mat creates a raised surface and care should be taken to avoid tripping when stepping on, off, walking past or over the mat. Purchaser assumes all risk of liability and damages due to improper use. High-heeled or other unstable shoes are not recommended on any mat.
